Just a mind-boggling book, I couldn't put it down for a second. Let me say that this book is up there with Tolkien and London. I was amazed by how the writer got a grip on me from the start, and held that grip tightly until the end when he resolutely rocked my belief system totally.
I hope you have other books in progress, because you now have a devoted fan to satisfy some more.

I was born and raised Norway, and for centuries Norwegians have believed in the supernatural. As long as I can remember I listened to these tales as well as stories about trolls, gnomes and hulder. The wild nature of Norway has probably something to do with that. In any case,, I used to write stories and poems all the time while growing up, but strictly for my own enjoyment. I always threw them away convinced that no-one else would like them. I gave up writing when I got married and moved to America. The next years were busy raising a family and working as a substitute teacher and school counselor for a few years. However, my love of writing never left me, and I realized that was wanted to be. The result was the completion of the novel, Lifting the Veil of Light. In this story about love and forgiveness, Anna, an ordinary young woman learns that she has been chosen to destroy the Anti-Christ now living on Earth. Anna and her friends are befriended by an alien who takes them on a visit to her planet outside the solar system. Once there, Anna finds beauty, magic and love which teaches her strength and courage preparing her what she is about to face back on Earth. Back home again she discovers the identity of the Anti-Christ and embarks on an exciting and sometimes dark journey. The question is: "Will Anna fulfill her destiny against such a powerful adversary in this story of the last battle between Good and Evil?"
